- 1 High-pressure hand pump
- 12 Heavy-duty pegs
- 6 Guy lines
- 1 Carry bag
Why an Inflatable Cabin
Most 8-person tents come with a bundle of poles, sleeves, and a long setup ritual. This tent uses inflatable air columns instead — pump in, stand up, done.
What that buys you in practice:
- 5–10 minute setup with the included high-pressure hand pump
- Full 82.6 in standing height with vertical walls — no crouching, no tapered corners eating into usable space. The walls go straight up, so 129 ft² of floor is actually 129 ft² of usable interior.
- Rectangular floor plan — predictable layout for cots, mattresses, gear bins, and a center walking lane
- 2 skylights + 4 mesh + 4 ventilation windows — cross-flow you can configure for any season
Air columns also flex under wind load instead of snapping like rigid poles. The cabin geometry is the difference between sleeping in a tent and living in one.
Built for All Four Seasons
The 4-Season Cabin is engineered to keep working when the weather doesn't.
- Winter: Flame-retardant chimney opening accepts standard wood-burning camping stove pipes. Pair with the Ground Mat Kit's fireproof mat for safe stove placement inside the tent.
- Summer: Dedicated AC port (inlet + outlet) sized for most portable outdoor air conditioners. 4 mesh + 4 ventilation windows + 2 skylights manage cross-flow without an AC.
- Rain: 420D Oxford outer fabric carries a PU3000mm waterproof coating — sustained rain protection well beyond the 1500–2000mm range typical of basic camping fabrics. The Rainfly Kit's silver-coated rainfly adds a second weather layer for prolonged storms or heavy snow.
- Wind: 12 heavy-duty pegs + 6 guy lines anchor the tent in exposed sites. Air columns flex under load instead of snapping like rigid poles.
Stove and AC unit not included.
Rainfly Kit vs Ground Mat Kit — Which to Pick
The tent itself is identical between kits — same 420D Oxford fabric, same PU3000mm coating, same air columns, same dimensions, same windows. The difference is what comes alongside it, and which one you pick depends on where and how you actually camp.
Rainfly Kit — pick this if your priority is weather protection from above.
- Adds a silver-coated 4-season rainfly
- Silver coating is sun-blocking — reduces interior heat in direct sun
- Adds an extra weather layer for prolonged rain, heavy wind, or snow load
- Includes 2 repair patches for field repairs
- Best fit: 4-season campers, exposed alpine sites, hot summer use, extended trips where you can't predict the forecast
Ground Mat Kit — pick this if your priority is what's underneath the tent.
- Adds a waterproof ground tarp (13.1 ft × 9.8 ft) — full footprint coverage
- Adds a fireproof mat (3.2 ft × 3.2 ft) — sized for safe stove placement inside the tent
- Best fit: damp, muddy, or uneven terrain; long-stay camps on grass or soil; users planning to run a wood-burning stove inside the tent
Quick decision:
- Camping mostly in dry weather but on soft ground? → Ground Mat Kit
- Camping in unpredictable weather but on hardpack or established sites? → Rainfly Kit
- Running a wood stove inside the tent? → Ground Mat Kit (the fireproof mat is essential)
- Hot summer / exposed sun? → Rainfly Kit (silver coating cuts interior heat)
Both add-ons can also be sourced separately if you find later that you want both.
Shipping
Ships from our CA and NJ warehouses via FedEx. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after order processing.
- Continental US only (lower 48 states)
- No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses
- Tracking number provided once the order ships
Note: due to packed weight (64 lbs), this product ships as a single oversized parcel. A signature may be required at delivery.
Warranty & Returns
1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, covering the air column system, seams, zippers, and outer fabric under normal use.
Warranty does not cover damage from improper setup, sharp objects, exposure to open flame outside the stove jack, sustained winds beyond rated tolerance, or normal wear from extended commercial use.
Returns: unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Defective items: contact us with photos or video and we'll arrange replacement or refund.
Before You Order
A few things worth knowing before this lands on your doorstep:
- Pick the kit that matches how you actually camp. The tent body is identical between kits — only the accessories differ. Read the kit comparison section above before adding to cart. Both add-ons can be sourced separately later if you change your mind.
- This is a basecamp tent, not a backpacking tent. Packed weight is 64 lbs — designed for vehicle-based camping, family trips, and group setups, not foot-carry.
- Stove and AC unit not included. The chimney opening accepts most standard wood-burning camping stove pipes; the AC port is sized for most portable outdoor air conditioners. Both sold separately. Running a stove inside the tent requires the fireproof mat — only included in the Ground Mat Kit.
- Outer fabric carries a PU3000mm waterproof coating. This handles sustained rain well, but for prolonged extreme storms or heavy snow load, the Rainfly Kit adds a second weather layer.
- Inflation needs the included high-pressure hand pump. Standard bike pumps will not seat properly on the air column valves.
- Anchoring matters. All 12 pegs and 6 guy lines should be deployed in exposed sites. Air column structure handles wind well, but only when fully staked.
