We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) with free standard shipping on every order.

1. Shipping to the Contiguous U.S.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states — no minimum purchase required.

  • Carrier: FedEx
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Orders are submitted to our warehouse on the same day)
  • Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days (After carrier pickup)
  • Restrictions: No PO boxes (FedEx does not deliver to PO box addresses)

2. Service Area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states). We are unable to ship to the following areas at this time:

  • Alaska — not available
  • Hawaii — not available
  • Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories — not available
  • Canada & International — not available

We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage. Stay tuned for updates.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can use this to check the estimated delivery date and current status of your shipment.

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You'll receive a separate tracking notification for each shipment.


4. Taxes & Fees

Senleeto Outdoors does not charge customers any additional taxes or fees beyond the listed product price. Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with your state's regulations.


5. Important Notes

⚠️ Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once a package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or undeliverable, Senleeto Outdoors will not be able to replace the order or issue a refund.


6. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@senleeto.com with photos or a description of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Q: How long does delivery take?
    A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped via FedEx, standard delivery to the contiguous U.S. takes 4–8 business days.
  • Q: Can I track my order?
    A: Yes. After your package ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
  • Q: Is shipping really free?
    A: Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states with no minimum purchase required.
  • Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
    A: Not at this time. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. We're working to expand our coverage in the future.
  • Q: I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?
    A: We do our best to ship all items together. However, some items may ship separately depending on availability. You'll receive a tracking notification for each shipment.
  • Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
    A: Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please make sure your address is correct before completing your order.
  • Q: Does the price include tax?
    A: Senleeto Outdoors does not charge any additional taxes or hidden fees. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your state's regulations.
  • Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
    A: Please contact us at support@senleeto.com with photos of the issue and your order details. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • Q: Do you ship to PO boxes?
    A: No. Our carrier (FedEx) does not deliver to PO box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
