1. Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item Condition: Unused & unopened, in original packaging
- Timeframe: Within 30 days of delivery
- Return Shipping: Covered by customer (If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover all return shipping costs.)
- Opened Items: Contact us for case-by-case review
2. How to Request a Return
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please follow the steps below to initiate your return:
- Email us at support@senleeto.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive instructions — our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return shipping address and guidelines.
- Ship the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
⚠️ Note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Please always contact us first before shipping any returns.
3. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 7 business days. If the product is confirmed to be in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 2 business days after approval to your original payment method.
The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have any concerns about the status of your refund, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize. Here's what to do:
- Document the issue: Take clear photos or a short video of the damage or defect as soon as possible.
- Contact us immediately: Email support@senleeto.com with the photos/video and your order details.
- We'll resolve it: Depending on your preference, we'll arrange a replacement, provide compensation, or issue a full refund. All return shipping costs for defective items are on us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale & clearance items
- Gift cards
- Open-box / pre-owned items
- Items without original packaging
Our open-box and pre-owned items are offered at reduced prices and are sold as-is. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out.
6. Helpful Reminders
- Keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery. This makes the return process much smoother.
- Opened but unused? If the item has been opened but remains in new, unused condition, reach out to us — we'll review your case and provide guidance.
